Can you recover contacts from emails that are more than 5 years old?
Yes, our technology allows us to retrieve up to 10 years of contact history directly from your company's email boxes. Contact our team contact@anaba.fr to learn more about this feature
Do my team members have access to my emails?
No. Our technology is fully automated and only analyzes email headers and signatures. We never access the content of your messages.
Will my personal contacts be “pulled” into the company database?
No. We only collect professional contacts you have interacted with. Personal contacts, generic addresses (like contact@xxx.com), or unsolicited contacts you never responded to are excluded from the retrieval process.
I have specific security requirements, what should I do?
We would be happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you to officially ensure that we do not use your data for commercial purposes and do not sell your information to third parties.
Can I prevent a contact from being added to my company’s database?
After the retrieval is complete, you will need to validate your contacts in your Anaba workspace. If you identify contacts you prefer not to include in the shared database, you can remove them in seconds, preventing them from being added to the shared company contacts.
How does it work if my emails are stored in subfolders or archives?
Our technology can retrieve emails even if they are stored in archives and subfolders, as long as they are directly accessible in Outlook. If you’re unsure or want to retrieve contacts from emails stored elsewhere, please contact us at contact@anaba.fr.
How can I be sure my data is secure?
Contacts retrieved from your emails are securely stored on servers in France. They are never used for commercial purposes and are not sold to third parties.
